ART & PLAY SUMMER DAY CAMP! [Full/Waitlist] •••••••••••••••••••••

This summer, I will be offering one week-long session of Art & Play Summer Camp for rising kinder to 6th graders (sibling exceptions possible). 

Mon-Friday August 18-22 from 9am to 3:30pm, with extended care until 5:30 available M-Th.

During the week, we will spend lots of time in my art studio working on painting, pottery-wheel, sculpture, tinkering and fashion projects, and we will also be walking to Dolores Park and Mission Playground for outdoor art projects and play sessions each day. Lunch is not provided (BYO) but two snacks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) will be provided each day.  I LOVE working with all of your talented artists and hope a few of them might be interested in spending a week with me this summer for a deeper-dive into Art & Play! 

Pricing for the camp will be sliding scale $400-750 for the week, with after-care 3:30-5:30 available Monday through Thursday for $100/week (No after-care on Friday). I will be able to accommodate 12 students total, with an art assistant helping for the duration of the week.

SPRING AFTER-SCHOOL KID ART WORKSHOPS

This spring, I am offering after-school art classes for kids in my Dolores Park open-air garage art studio! I pick up the kids at CDS at 3:45 and walk them one block to my art studio at 416 Dolores Street, next to Mission High School Parking Lot.

MONDAY Art/Play Class • 4-5:30pm • 5/12-6/9 (5 weeks)

TUESDAY Art/Play Class • 4-5:30pm • 3/18- 6/10 (no class 4/15)

THURSDAY Art/Play Class • 4-5:30pm • 3/20- 6/12 (no class 4/17)

Every art class, we’ll have fun exploring new art styles and projects, using tools and techniques like watercolor, oil pastel, acrylic, clay and other sculptural elements. Each class will feature clay pottery wheels, painting, a broken-toy tinkering station, weaving, cardboard construction zone, and new project invitations each week. ALL SUPPLIES INCLUDED (and a small snack)

Sliding Scale Pricing $30-60 per class • Payment via cash, Venmo (see link to the left here @Rachel-Znerold), or credit card through my online shop. Scholarships or trade available if needed (Please ask! Xo).
